Returning products is subject to the following laws:

Ordinance no. 130 of August 31, 2000 by Law no. 51 of 21 January 2003 approving Government Ordinance no. 130/2000 on the legal regime of distance contracts:

"Consumers have the right to notify in writing to waive the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within 10 days of receiving the product, in case of services, at the conclusion of the contract."

To return the product must notify in writing this email address contact@chrono12.de .

Within 30 days from the date we will refund your purchase price refunded to your account.

Spending to return and bank charges will be borne by the buyer.

The product will be returned along with the purchase receipt and original warranty certificate.

The product can be returned only if it is in perfect condition, including packaging and related accessories.

CHRONO12 reserves the right to charge additional fees for returning used products, damage, without the original packaging, accessories etc. to restore them to original condition or administrative fees for handling / packaging page can have a value between 0 and 50% of the product value.
