Returning products is subject to the following laws:

Ordinance no. 130 of August 31, 2000 by Law no. 51 of 21 January 2003 approving Government Ordinance no. 130/2000 on the legal regime of distance contracts:

"Consumers have the right to notify in writing to waive the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within 10 days of receiving the product, in case of services, at the conclusion of the contract."

In most cases the warranty is for a period of 12 months.

In order to use the manufacturer's warranty, we recommend that you keep the entire warranty bill. We as senders not stamped warranty card.

Manufacturers we work with accept invoice as the date of purchase, and therefore, the beginning of the warranty period.
